The Royal Academy of Art in The Hague is launching INSIDE, an entirely new Master Interior Architecture in September 2011. This internationally orientated course is a meeting place where students, designers, theoreticians, architects and critics participate.

The programme 2011-2012 is structured by a research semester and a design semester, which both relate to the topic of in situ.

The first semester is entirely focused on research in studios, with halfway a panic design workshop. Parallel to this we offer a theoretical backbone course.
The second semester is entirely focused on design in studios, with halfway a panic research workshop. Parallel, a technical skills programme will be given by a variety of guest lecturers.
Each semester starts with a two-week lecture series that introduces the theme and the studios. Each semester will end with a two-week presentation platform, where the results will be presented publicly.

 – Second year
The second year has the same structure as the first year, but will be focused on mastering the skills faced with in the first year. During the first year the program will be announced.
